So I will give you a cheap recipe that I use when in a bind and have not much to work with! Times are hard for us right now like a lot of you so I think it a good idea to share what we can, don't you?
OK! lets start with the ingredients list: I have ground meat (about 1 lb), some onion and some potatoes, so lets work with that!
You'll need to chop the onion very finely and add that to the ground meat along with some ground cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. (for 1 lb of meat I'd go with a table spoon of each the cumin and paprika) Mix everything well and form small balls, about golf ball size.
Then, peel and cut potatoes in quarts.
In a pressure cooker (or regular pot) add some olive oil and brown off the meat, then add 1 can of tomatoes and the same amount of water. Add the potatoes, salt and pepper and cover. In the pressure cooker it Will take about 30 minutes, in the regular pot I would let simmer until the potatoes are tender. Serve on rice or alone with some crusty bread. You can also use on pasta or couscous.
I use the leftovers for subs, I put the mix in a roll and add sliced cheese and broil a few minutes. A and dad love that!

Hmmm. That sounds good. I'll have to try that.
